Speed and flexibility
No other building method can beat modular construction for speed and flexibility. Our method of modular construction uses factory-assembled steel modules linked side-by-side or end-to-end to construct single or multi-storey buildings. Partition walls are used to create an unlimited range of internal layouts.

1. Individual modules are lowered into position by crane.

2. As many modules as you need can be added to create the required floor area.

3. A single, open-plan building is created. Internal layouts can be designed to your specifications with partition walls, plumbing and fittings.

4. Additional storeys (up to 3) can be added to create as much space as you need.
